Now that your contract is almost up, you may be wondering what's next. It's a good idea to start thinking about your end-of-term choices, especially if you have 6 months or less remaining on your contract. With the Leadership Purchase Plan™, you generally have three options:

Option 1: Trade in your vehicle and purchase a new one.
This option is convenient, easy, and best of all, you get to drive off in a brand new Honda! You will need to schedule a free vehicle inspection during the last two months of your contract. You will be responsible for any outstanding payments, excess wear and use, excessive miles, and any other end-of-term obligations specified in your contract.
In the meantime, your Honda automobile dealer will be happy to show you the latest models and discuss your options. Be sure to visit the Planning section of this web site to learn more about buying or leasing a new vehicle.

Option 2: Return your vehicle to the dealer.
If you select this option, you simply turn in the vehicle to your Honda automobile dealer. You will be required to sign a release to transfer the title. You will need to schedule a free vehicle inspection during the last two months of your contract. You will be responsible for any outstanding payments, excess wear and use, excessive miles, and any other end-of-term obligations specified in your contract.

Option 3: Purchase your vehicle for the lump sum, end-of-term purchase price.
Buying your Honda is a great way to continue benefiting from its reliability, performance, and high resale value. If you decide to buy your vehicle, there is no need to have it inspected, since there are no wear and use or excess mileage charges to worry about.
